Returns and Exchange
Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are currently available only within the UAE and KSA.
What are the conditions for an exchange?
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging
Do you accept returns?
Returns accepted only in the UAE within 5 days of order receipt. Product must be unused in perfect condition with labels and packaging. Full refund issued to original payment method after inspection.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away — we’ll make it right.
