Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?
Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are currently available only within the UAE and KSA.
What are the conditions for an exchange?
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
