Can I exchange my shoes for a different size?

Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are currently available only within the UAE and KSA.

What are the conditions for an exchange?

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging
Do you accept returns?

Returns accepted only in the UAE within 5 days of order receipt. Product must be unused in perfect condition with labels and packaging. Full refund issued to original payment method after inspection.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Within the UAE: Orders are shipped within 2 business days. For Dubai, we offer Next Day Delivery.

International Shipping: Orders are processed within 2 Days and shipped within 5 Days

Yes, we offer free express shipping worldwide — no minimum spend required

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local fees upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
