What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the registered email. You can also track the status of your order from your "Order History" section on your account page on the website.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Note that custom duties may apply as per region of order. We currently ship to KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, India, Venezuela, Brazil, United Kingdom, Germany

Can I change my order?
You can only change orders that have not been shipped

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a Visa, Mastercard, CC Avenue, Stripe, Apple Pay.
TABBY Pay is available for customers in UAE & KSA.
Exchange Policy
What is the exchange policy?
If the size ordered is incorrect, exchanges can be made within 48 hours. Only unused products will be considered for exchange. Exchange policy only applies to the UAE and KSA.
